Role Overview

The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing activities with a primary focus on managing social media accounts and assisting in all allied marketing tasks. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on exposure and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company and client’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content
  Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives and captions
• Monitor comments, messages, and basic community engagement
• Assist in campaign execution, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Support basic reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
• Handle other allied marketing and coordination tasks as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) with majors in Marketing
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Good written communication skills
  Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
